Who is Guidy?
Guidy is a conversational assistant powered by AI (Google Gemini), designed specifically for short-term rental stays. It knows your property perfectly, because its answers are based exclusively on your booklet content: address, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out times, house rules, amenities, access codes, emergency contacts, recommendations…
It only answers questions related to your booklet and politely declines everything else.

A natural conversational experience
From the public view of the booklet, your guests see the Guidy icon in the navigation bar. One tap opens the chat and lets them ask a question in natural language, as if they were writing to a concierge.

Getting started
How to activate it?
Activating Guidy takes a few seconds from your booklet editor. Access depends on your subscription plan.
- 1.Open your booklet editor
- 2.Go to the Information tab
- 3.In the Guidy block, enable the toggle
- 4.Your guests will see the Guidy icon in the booklet navigation bar
If the feature is available on your account, the configuration panel appears automatically in the editor.
