Automatic FAQ: answer your guests' questions before they even ask
Every host knows it: the same questions come up over and over before and during a stay. The FAQ feature solves this problem once and for all.
Overview
The FAQ feature of your digital welcome booklet automatically generates a list of 8 to 12 questions and answers from your booklet content. The AI analyses your information (check-in/check-out, Wi-Fi, house rules, amenities, recommendations, emergency contacts…) and drafts clear, concise answers tailored to your guests. Once activated, your guests can access the FAQ with a single tap from the public booklet navigation bar.

Directly edit the text of any FAQ entry with a single click.

Use the dedicated form to create as many custom questions and answers as needed.

Regenerate when content changes
If your booklet content changes, click "Regenerate" to update the FAQ. Note: regeneration replaces your manual edits.
Visibility
Visible to your guests in the navigation bar
Once the FAQ is created, activate the FAQ button from the configuration panel. A button then appears in the public booklet navigation bar, alongside other tools.

How to activate it?
