Overview
The Calendar page (/calendars) centralises all your bookings by syncing your rental platform calendars directly into Guideo. No more switching between Airbnb, Booking.com and other tools: all your availability and arrivals are readable from one place.
Configuration
Connect iCal links to your booklets
Each booklet can have one or more iCal links. Configuration is done from the General information tab in the booklet editor, in the iCal links block.

You can add as many links as needed per booklet. Links can be edited or deleted at any time.

See everything at a glance
Booklet selection
At the top of the page, a selector lists all your booklets that have at least one iCal link configured. Each booklet can be toggled on or off with a click. When multiple booklets are displayed simultaneously, each booking shows which property it belongs to. A Refresh button fetches fresh data from the iCal feeds at any time.
Views
Three display modes
- 01
Month
Classic monthly grid with bookings shown as coloured chips. Clicking a day opens the detail in a side panel.
- 02
Week
Full week (Monday to Sunday) with bookings displayed as blocks spanning their duration. Simultaneous bookings stack neatly on separate rows.
- 03
Day
Detailed view of a single day with the title, source, check-in/check-out dates and description of each booking.
Navigation between periods is done via previous/next arrows. A Today button immediately returns to the current date.

In month or week view, clicking a day opens a side panel listing all bookings for that day.
- The source platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, other) with its colour
- The booking title (e.g. "Not available" or the traveller's name depending on the platform)
- The check-in and check-out dates of the stay
- The description if provided by the platform
- The property name if multiple booklets are displayed simultaneously
Activation
Enable the calendar for a booklet
Simply add at least one iCal link in the booklet settings. The booklet then appears automatically in the Calendar page selector. If no booklet has an iCal link configured, the page invites you to add one with a direct link to the configuration.
