Guest experience

From the public booklet, guests have a complete booking interface, available in their language and currency.
- Interactive calendar to select check-in and check-out dates
- Real-time blocked dates: already booked or unavailable days appear in grey and cannot be selected
- Automatic calculation: (nights × price/night) + cleaning fee, with total stay amount and amount due now displayed if deposit mode
- Currency selector with real-time conversion (via open.er-api.com)
- Form: name, email, phone, number of guests, optional note
- "Book and pay" button: redirect to secure Stripe Checkout
- Return handling after payment: confirmation, verification in progress, or failure with the option to retry

Connect multiple external iCal feeds (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) to automatically block occupied dates and avoid any calendar conflict.

iCal export
A unique iCal feed is generated per booklet. Export your confirmed direct bookings to any third-party calendar (Google Calendar, Airbnb, etc.).

Temporary hold
During the payment process, dates are temporarily blocked (holdExpiresAt) to prevent simultaneous double bookings.
Synchronisation is two-way: import unavailabilities from your other channels and export your direct bookings back to those same channels.
